Who is Atia?

Who is Atia?

My role as a counsellor and psychotherapist is to help you to identify your elephants that keep you in a prison – with the door wide open. Together, we will release your elephants gently and safely. So, both you and your elephant are safe and free to discover that there is so much more in the world to enjoy and learn when we are authentic, feeling safe with ourselves and others.

You are not alone.

You are not alone

Considering coming to therapy often means that you have become aware that some of your beliefs and constructs about yourself or your relationships are not serving you well. They may be limiting your self-expression, potentially causing pain and struggle.

Maybe they are also stopping you to express your full potential in your professional life. They may be preventing your creativity and to reach out to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life. They can be also preventing you from fully connecting to others.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • FOCUS

It all starts by learning how to focus on what you want.

  • REFLECT

Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.

  • Refine

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.
